Bainbridge is a gated community with custom homes located in Spring, TX  Near Ella and Louetta.  The beautiful homes were built in the late 1990's and finished building ten years later.  Prices range from the 300's to the upper 500's.  The square footage are approximately 3,000 sq. feet to the upper 5500 sq. feet some are a little bigger.  The homes are traditional with brick or stucco finish. 


This subdivision is in the Klein school district.  Please verify by going to the, as boundaries change throughout political climates.  Zoned for elementary school is Haude Elementary, grades K-5th grade. Available is a limited Pre-K program.  This is rated Exemplary. for more information.
